Welcome to QuickCart! These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the QuickCart platform, including our website, mobile application, and other related services. By using QuickCart, you agree to comply with these terms.

Disclaimer: QuickCart is not a registered company or organization. It is an individual venture owned and operated by Yash Pareek, who is a sole proprietor and a student.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use QuickCart.

1. Introduction

QuickCart is a quick commerce and e-commerce platform that facilitates the purchase and delivery of products from various sellers. This document outlines your rights and obligations while using QuickCart.

2. Definitions

• "We" / "Us" / "Our" – Refers to QuickCart and its legal owners.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" – Any person who uses QuickCart to browse, purchase, or interact with services.
• "Seller" – A business or individual listing and selling products on QuickCart.
• "Delivery Partner" – The person or service responsible for delivering your orders.
• "Services" – Includes ordering, payment processing, delivery, and all functionalities of QuickCart.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use QuickCart.
• Minors (under 18) may use QuickCart under parental or guardian supervision.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• QuickCart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

4. Use of QuickCart Services

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use QuickCart only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use QuickCart for fraudulent transactions.
• Provide false information or create multiple accounts for misuse.
• Interfere with the functioning of QuickCart, including hacking, scraping, or injecting malware.
• Post misleading product reviews or ratings.

Violating these terms may lead to account suspension, legal action, or both.

5. Orders & Payments

5.1 Placing Orders

• By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price.
• Orders are subject to availability, verification, and approval.
• QuickCart reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraud detection.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Wallets & Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available)

5.3 Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.
• Order status can be tracked via the QuickCart app or website.

5.4 Order Cancellation

• By User: You may cancel an order before it is processed.
• By QuickCart: Orders may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock issues or incorrect pricing.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days based on the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Delivery Timelines

• QuickCart offers instant delivery (5–90 minutes) for select locations and standard delivery (1–5 days) for e-commerce orders.
• Estimated delivery times depend on location, product availability, and logistics partners.

6.2 Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees may vary based on the delivery location, order value, and weight.
• Some products may qualify for free shipping under promotional offers.

6.3 Failed Deliveries

• If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or no response from the customer, the order may be returned or canceled.
• Re-attempted deliveries may incur additional charges.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated).
• The product must be in original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, or customized items, may not be eligible for return.

7.2 Replacement Policy

• If the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement.
• QuickCart may require photo/video proof before processing the request.

7.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 5-7 business days after successful return verification.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or as QuickCart Wallet balance.

8. Data Privacy & Security

• QuickCart follows strict data protection measures, including:
  • End-to-end encryption for transactions.
  • Cloud storage security for protecting personal data.
  • Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and IT Act (India) for data security.
• Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on QuickCart, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by QuickCart or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• QuickCart is not liable for:
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery partners.
  • User errors (wrong address, incorrect details, or misuse).
  • Temporary service outages or technical failures.
• Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for an order.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from QuickCart shall be resolved through arbitration in Sujangarh, Rajasthan.
• If necessary, legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sujangarh, Rajasthan courts.

12. Updates & Modifications to Terms

• QuickCart reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of these Terms without prior notice.
• Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication.
