1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 1 day of delivery if:

✔ Wrong Product Received – Item does not match your order.
✔ Damaged or Broken Product – Product is received in non-usable condition.
✔ Expired Product – If the product is past its expiry date upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

✖ Opened, used, or tampered products.
✖ Items without original packaging.
✖ Perishable items (e.g., fresh food, dairy).
✖ Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products (e.g., cosmetics, health essentials).

2. Return & Refund Process

???? Evidence Required – Customers must provide a clear unboxing video and product images to support the return claim.
???? Raise a Request – Contact our support team via the QuickCart app or WhatsApp.
???? Return the Product – Once approved, return the item immediately as per the instructions.
???? Refund Processing – Depending on the payment method:

• If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Exchange policy 
  1.Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery 
  2.Products must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition with tags attached.
  3.Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item

3. Refund & Credit Policy

✔ QuickCart Wallet Credit – Instant refund for quicker reordering.
✔ Original Payment Refund – Available for eligible cases; processing time may vary.
✔ Coupon-Based Refunds – Promotional orders may be refunded as discount coupons.
