If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery agent will try to contact you. The agent will ask you for a new delivery time, if you are not available again during the delivery, the order will be refunded, and if it fails, ₹15 will be deducted as shipping and packing charges as manpower was used for the attempt, and it is not free.
